shelia this is all the planned disruptions.... Weekend travel changes WEEKEND TRAVEL CHANGES FOR SATURDAY 22 AND SUNDAY 23 JANUARY 2005: Circle Line: All weekend, no service. District Line: All weekend, no service between Earl's Court and Whitechapel. Limited late night replacement buses will opreate between South Kensington and Aldgate only (From 0000 on Saturday and 2315 on Sunday). Journey times may be increased by up to 15 minutes. Bow Road Station: Closed for refurbishment. Please use Mile End or Bow Church instead. Jubilee Line: No service between Kingsbury and Neasden. Rail replacement Bus Service A will operate between Kingsbury and Neasden calling at Wembley Park only. Valid tickets can also be used on buses 204 114 79 786 340 142 297. Journey times may be increased by up to 40 minutes. Metropolitan Line: No service between Harrow-On-the-Hill and Aldgate. Two replacement buses will operate as follows: Service C: Between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Willesden Green calling at Northwick Park, Preston Road and Wembley Park only. Service D: Between Harrow-on-the-HIll and Willesden Green non-stop. Journey times may be increased by up to 40 minutes. On Saturday, please note that Chiltern Railways services will operate between Aylesbury and Marylebone via Amersham, including extra trains between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Marylebone, but on Sunday, there will be no service between Amersham and Marylebone.

Shelia don't thank me thank Zoe, she found out about it. I kept telling her we needed to go to Stepney Green tube cos it was the nearest and i didn't want to walk, cos i'm lazy!!!

Thanks for the travel news Shelli! I've now got potential snow here tomorrow, engineering on main line and now tube problems - was planning to use Hammersmith and City line, I guess this may or may not be open as it runs alongside Circle. Other option is Bakerloo to Oxford Circus and change to Central - bit of a drag as Oxford Circus is always heaving! I've got my train ticket so I'm definitely coming!! Sheila x

Zoe has pointed this out to me and I thought you should all know... This will affect you if you are travelling from central London.. Copied and pasted from transport for London site.... Sheila / Sue look forward to seeing you both. ********** STOP PRESS !! ************* Have just found out the fair is in the Student Union building. Have looked at the Uni website and the nearest tube is Stepney Green (district or met line). Still ok to use Mile End (district or central or met lines) but further to walk!

Hi Maz - I'm definitely going to the fair, but can't hang around for long as I've got to get an earlyish train home as there seem to be NO trains after about 5.45pm (engineering works probably). It would be lovely to meet some of you, though, if I can make myself heard - lol, I am a bit quiet!! Sheila x

Better not forget anything had I !!! Getting sooooo excited! Flamin hubby is trying to put a spanner in the works. Doesn't now arrive back from US until 7.45 on Saturday morning. You don't wanna know what I TOLD him lol. Just lets say if he values certain parts of his anatomy he will drive back from Gatwick VERY FAST!!!! Maz. XX
