Here in oz I use dried blue peas they call them, soak and cook them the same end up with lovly mushie peas, can buy tinned but not the same. ANNABEL

Can anyone tell me how to make pea fritters or mushy peas? I remember having them as a child when I lived in the UK but don't have a clue how to make them. Teresa in Calgary
