Can anyone tell me how to make pea fritters or mushy peas? I remember having them as a child when I lived in the UK but don't have a clue how to make them. Teresa in Calgary |

Here in oz I use dried blue peas they call them, soak and cook them the same end up with lovly mushie peas, can buy tinned but not the same. ANNABEL |
