INTERESTING: never tried typing with a condom! HM!

Oh No not only will the next generation not be able to write (cause of typing on keyboards) but then they won't know eventually what a keyboard is for??? what a shame especially the laughs some people get when I type wrong, look what we all could be missing. They are bringing a new thing out here where you can have your computor on the TV when I saw the advert on telly my hubby looked at me and said "don't get any ideas" LOL I said that would be great in the bedroom I told him I would go a bed at 6 and not be under his feet pmsl he was not amused. I read about a really cool keyboard a few months ago. It was a red laser projection of a keyboard. It meant you could use it on any flat surface and the movement of your fingers over the projection translated into keyboard characters. Crista

we used to cal those keyboard condoms ! they're horrible to use though - you lose all sensation lol

you can buy a thin spongy thingy to put on the keyboard which will help keep it quieter. Its really funny while putting this answer on this thread I typed more quietly then I usually do LOL normally I just bang the keys, very strange. Pat x

TRacy I try not tolaugh and end up sniggering which is worse. Or i say things like OMG when things get rough on here, then i have to explain why i'm saying it. OR i get on a trail and i start talking myself thru it , he's always telling me i'm going mad keep telling him I'm already there

I don't know about silent, but some keyboards are fairly quiet. If I remember correctly Apple keyboards are (or at least used to be) very quiet
