Always go for a Canon, you only need to replace the ink tank, not the whole print head assy as you do with Epson and HP! Mind you the smaller ones like the S200 and 300 are ink gobblers. I worked for a subsidiary of Cannon for 10 years and was quite impressed with the durability and quality of their machines.

BT Multijet 3000 - great machine, but the cost of both cartridges together comes to over £80. Anybody recommend a good all in one machine that doesn't cost the earth in ink?

we have the epson stylus cx6400 photocopier/scanner/printer all in one..cartridgesx4 are about £15-£18 at pc world,but recently my hubby now gets all four cartridges for £5.99&pp =£8.98...if anyone is interested www(.)bestpriceink(.)co(.)uk does some great deals..which some of us need with all the info you gota print out with research.
