Dan I'd have a bit of both, but tell your kitchen staff I'd prefer crumble to pie. Thank you. Mandy :) |

what smells wrong, did you try the custard and ice cream? |

|
Daniel | Report | 23 Jan 2005 17:14 |
No just the whole thing. I'm slowly working my way through it but making sure to take about 3 custards to every 1 rhubarb to suppress the taste. |

Not enough? I don't think there's any! Should there be? |

June | Report | 23 Jan 2005 17:17 |
oh yes you need sugar in rhubarb about 2 tablespoons when cooking it |
|||
|
June | Report | 23 Jan 2005 17:18 |
that's caster sugar not the sugar you put in your tea. |

Well this came in a ready made pie that was put in the oven. I would have thought there must be some in it then somewhere. Dan (Qualified GCSE Food) |

Who needs a pie dish just use a casserole dish it's deeper so you get more filling |

Well I finshed it and the dish is left with what can only be described as yellow offal. Won't be having it again. I'll stick with the safe apple pie next week. |
