It's about time they did another spoof one, like Casino Royale. How about Johnny Vegas or Ricky Tomlinson? Personally, I don't think anyone could beat Sean Connery and Pierce Brosnan playing the traditional role - both of them had that air of mystery and danger about them. Something that Jude Law just doesn't have. Maybe we'll have to wait for Daniel Radcliffe to grow up. CB >|< |

Clive Owen would be a good choice, i have liked him since his days in Chancer and the film Close My Eyes.... .......however i have to say that the gorgeous Hugh Jackman would be my No1 choice as he was really good in the films Kate and Leopold and Animal Attraction, also the musical Oklahoma!, and would make a fantastic Bond. Anyone who has only seen him in Van Helsing and X-men 1 & 2 should give the other 2 films a go, he is so much better in them. Yvette |

I'm with Diana on this one, Clive Owen would be a good choice. He's just won a Golden Globe award, which should do his profile some good and he's roughly the same age Pierce Brosnan was when he took over the role from Timothy Dalton. He was good in Gosford Park and I believe was in a film called Croupier - excellent credentials to play someone like Bond! |
