I did Von....I had booked it about a month ago for next Tuesday but then someone phone late yesterday afternoon to say they had to cancel it and it couldn't be serviced till 12 December :-| Then I went on to their Chat to query my policy. After I finished I checked on the App and the appt had disappeared :-0 I spoke to a very nice young man who has sorted it all out for me for 2 Dec :-D :-D
