	Morning :-D :-D <3 <3 Stay hydrated everyone and don't drink icy drinks as your brain thinks you are getting cold and closes your pores and you get hotter. No alcohol as it dehydrates you. <3 <3

	One hint from out here when it gets hot in August the elderly and those vulnerable to heat are told by the government to go to a shopping mall and enjoy the air conditioning. Ann an excuse to go to M & S. ;-) :-D :-D

	It should be airconditioned Ann. Afternoon :-D :-D <3 <3 both fire planes still coming and going. They fill up with chemicals at the airfield and then return after dropping to reload again. :-0

	I know it sounds silly but sometimes you can feel worse by looking at the temp all the time. Try and stay cool obviously, whether that's in the shade if there's a breeze or in your home with curtains pulled against the sun. Drink plenty of fluids and relax to keep your BP down. The only "problem" with AC is you feel hotter when you do have to go back outside again! Keep safe everyone.

Hawarden in Flintshire has reached 37.1C, making it the hottest day on record for Wales. The previous record was 35.2C. Astounding that the old record has been broken by almost 2C. Info Met Office.
