	I don't know whether to say anything to him about the flag. Previously, he's always flown England flags, ie. Red cross on white background.

	No, I don't know him well. Their garden is on the road that backs onto our road. I thought I might say how great it was to see the Jubilee decorations then add a "By the way...." comment . :-S :-S

	You couldn't write it - There's been a lot of money laundering here and the EU have said get it sorted. All businesses, charities etc including C3A, which only asks for 10 Euro a year membership, have to jump through hoops. Fill in miles of paperwork, get it checked legally and all committee members have to have a police search done and be checked re sexual abusive to get the certs. required. I have been checked and I am in the clear re both certs.. :-D :-D
