Good afternoon, it has just started raining here. I went through the town early this morning and noticed all the England flags etc had already been removed from the shops and houses. Even Tesco had been stripped bare, it is like it never happened

We have just had the most torrential rain here. Within minutes I had a paddling pool by my back door.:-0 Poor Rhodri got caught in it and hid under the hedge until he felt he could make a run for it to the window :-0 I think I heard the rumble of distant thunder too!


J's been for yet another blood test and I got his blood pressure checked while we were there as he was feeling dizzy. His blood pressure is now very LOW :-0 So the chemist will be ringing tomorrow to advise re his beta blockers :-0

Sorry to hear that J is suffering from low blood pressure and I hope the doc fixes everything soon for him.

I have always had low blood pressure - kept in hospital extra time after my first-born until my pressure rose.

I used to keel over everywhere when I was pregnant - shops, the lot! While I don't have J's problems, my doc said get some salt tablets but, yuk, they're horrible, so I began to add salt to some of the food I eat - something which I never did before.

It does the trick for me.

It's so horrible to feel that dizziness and blackness come over you, so I can imagine how J feels. I hope he gets sorted out soon. <3
