Heard from OH yesterday that her house sitting duties are to end today, not tomorrow as planned.

OH has been at our daughter's place looking after four cats, a dog, and numerous fish whilst our daughter and her husband have been up in Shark Bay for the fishing.

An extensive cold front and low pressure ridge is expected to have an adverse impact on the weather, with strong winds and heavy rains affecting the majority of the west coast on Saturday.

So they are travelling back today to avoid the weather and in view of the deteriorating conditions the chances of them going out in the boat today are nil.

On the positive side, when OH does return home she has to go past one of our favourite Chinese Restaurants so a decent take-away is on the cards depending on what time she decides to leave our daughter's place :-D

All I have to do now is wash all the pots, vacuum and dust the house, force feed the budgies so it looks as though I have been looking after them and find our cat, which, not surprisingly, made its own arrangements when it knew that I was to look after him.

I suppose that I should also get rid of all the empty wine bottles and evidence of the dancing girls who have been keeping me entertained.

My Exit Strategy has been thrown into chaos! :-D :-D :-D

Yorkshire pud, I live in my own little fantasy world. :-D

However, I do acknowledge that my world has to occupy a bit of space in the 'real' world. Fortunately for me this is well away from the plague (of Biblical proportions) of rampant rodents affecting other parts of the Country.

We do have mice in WA but they seem to have mastered the art of birth-control :-D

Namelessone, we must have misplaced that bag as when OH returned yesterday she may as well have got Pickford's to bring her stuff back :-0

She must have borrowed the Tardis as there was no way all her stuff would have fitted in our small hatch back, and she was gone for less than a week :-S
