	So I phone the GP and was told that it was a half day and that there weren't any Drs there, phone back at 8 tomorrow and make an appt. She asked about the problem and gave me the out of hours Dr Tel no. :-0

	Well I phoned the out of hours doctor and was mightily impressed, I got a phone call within two hrs, sent some photos and he prescribed antibiotics which was sent straight to my pharmacist. The whole process to collecting the meds was no longer than 3hrs :-0 Better service than my GP surgery :-D

	I don’t think I quite realised how GP surgeries actually work these days until I read about a Dr loosing their job because of long covid. Then the penny dropped :-0 :-0 :-0

	That's how it works here Belle. OH contacted our doc the other day by phone for advice as my 6 month prescription was finished and a few minutes later they phoned back that it had been renewed. :-D

	The Dr thought it's infected but said to make an appt with my GP after I finish the antibiotics as it might require a referral. I have had it for about a year but only recently has it become painful....before I just thought there are others who need to see a GP for more urgent things :-( :-)
