can please help me i need to make a ged file to convert over to another site of my family tree mant thanks david

If you click on Family Tree at the top of the screen (where it has Home, Family Tree, Relatives, Keepsafe etc.) then click on Export Gedcom, Genes will email you a gedcom to export.

It does say this will take 5 to 10 minutes but I have heard people say it can take more like 24 hours. I have never done it mtyself so I can't say for sure how long it will take.

You will also lose any records or photos you have attached to your tree.
