If you click on Family Tree at the top of the screen (where it has Home, Family Tree, Relatives, Keepsafe etc.) then click on Export Gedcom, Genes will email you a gedcom to export.

It does say this will take 5 to 10 minutes but I have heard people say it can take more like 24 hours. I have never done it mtyself so I can't say for sure how long it will take.

You will also lose any records or photos you have attached to your tree.
