I HAVE put positive notes on here but reading some reactions one no appetite I have honestly not been hungry before the jab one day I had an orange lunch .slice toast for tea .the yesterday had a proper dinner roast beef the works enjoyed it after jab go figure think I will stop reading to much into the comments & Just be myself .it aint good worrying ;-)

Had the AZ yesterday.
Bit of a sore arm and feeling very sleepy.

I had the jab on January 8th and on tuesday 12 th January I had shingles on my head
