Think I've sussed out the new boiler but everything else now needs mastering :-0

The engineer here for me leak yesterday was convinced it was coming from the shower and I was convinced it was coming from pipework under the bathroom floor. Reluctantly he decided to look at the pipework and said he would need to cut through the kitchen ceiling :-0. I said why don't you take the floor boards up in the bathroom he said it would damage the flooring and I said better that than a hole in me kitchen ceiling especially as I intend to get a new bathroom :-0

So who was right? ME :-0. Once he got the floor boards up he could see right in front of him an isolation valve dripping water....he'd never have reached it through the kitchen ceiling :-|. He was oh so apologetic and thanked me for being so persistent :-D The customer is always right, well at least on this occasion ;-) :-D

What a funny old morning I had! I booked a home delivery for 9-10, but the phone rang at 7.45ish. The delivery man was at the end of the road for someone else and would I like mine too. Naturally I said yes, and two minutes later there was a ring on the doorbell. So that was a result!

Unfortunately, for some reason I had not ordered any vegetables! Losing the plot! :-(

So I still had to go out and get some veggies!

Going now for a lay down in a darkened room with a lettuce leaf on my brow! :-D :-D ;-)
