Some will not think twice. The hotel industry is feeling the pinch at the moment and it needs to fill beds to survive so I doubt whether there'd be an offer if the hotel could get the bookings it needed without specials.

One night with you is now what I'm praying for ....... (Elvis). ;-) :-D

I think you’d a lot of chutzpah to rock up at somewhere like the Savoy waving your w......cher in the air.

Sharron, not if you wanted a couple of nights to celebrate a wedding anniversary or similar.

It's such a shame that attractions such as theatre, ballet, etc are not available at the moment because of the closures - but I did notice that the offer did not end until June next year.

If you lived close to London you would go home and save the money.

That's a darned good price for anyone living nearer to London.

As one with a mouth like a veritable sewe I don't feel in a position to judge Gordon Ramsey but really must check out that TripAdviser entry about the restaurant.

A few years ago I took my dad to the area that he grew up in and his local pub at that time, it was also a posh restaurant when we were there, we ordered our lunch and when the waiter came out with it dad said he liked the pattern on the plate but where was the food. Lol. To be fair they brought out more at no extra cost.

Nor me ZZzzz ;-).
As for eating at hotels, blow that it is overpriced for a scrabby little bit of food. We eat well at local restaurants and pubs with good helpings at a reasonable price. I have more important things to do with our money

There is absolutely no reason to swear at people in public he is just showing himself up and is arrogant to boot, and he wouldn’t bully or intimidate me.
