Contacting Supporrt Team and Additoinal Features

I'm am a UK paid up Platinum member but keep getting told I must pay for "Additional Features" when I look for stuff such as diocesan baptism records in the UK. Why?

I've tried to contact the Support Team but there is no link that I can see, I just go around in circles. How do I do it?

I don't feel very happy with the site at present.

They work from ca 8 or 8:30 am to 4 or 4:30 pm, UK time, Monday to Friday, and say they will respond in 3-5 working days.

They are also the sister company with Find My Past and occupy the same offices, although FMP is the one with all the support.
