Warm but no sun here at the moment, dark clouds passing over. We had a sprinkle at breakfast time, didn't wet the floor properly - spots didn't join up. The sun is lovely and warm when it does get through the cloud.

I had to brave the shops for food and meds....am exhausted. There were 60 people in the queue for you know where...so give that a miss and came back home to shop local, even that was not very fruitful

I am doing housework to the nth degree. When I told one of my older Tuesday coffee mates she laughed cos, as she says, I am one of the least house-proud people she knows, but as she says I am usually very active and now I can't get out my energy is directed differently.

She has a set routine (like our Mums did) every day. I only do anything when it's desperate or when someone's coming to stay.

There'll be a welcome in the hillsides ... tralala :-D

took my car for it's MOT this morning and passed with flying colours

but got told off by a friend saying I shouldn't be out. Took an hour there and back and I had a good walk while it was being done.

Drove passed Aldi and the queue was absolutely horrendous all round the car park and along the road .

so no more telling off ok ;-)

Just had a call from me old pal and she, with the usual spotless house and strict routine, has morphed into me. Says she can't be bothered doing any housework at the moment. :-0
