Second letter with a slim booklet received here today. :-S

Looks like something has arrived on the hallway mat, but I haven't picked it up to open it yet.

Not got my letter yet but suppose it will turn up shortly.

Ours came today .... it's in the shed for a few days just in case :-0

It will be ok if you open it then put on a table wash your hands and leave the letter to read for 24 hours

Still not heard from anyone.My wife saw our next door neighbour yesterday (Her husband is in merchant navy and cannot get back home ) she said she was sorry that she had not checked with us but had been sorting out her father in laws estate and funeral as he had died recently. Good news was that she took my wife to the supermarket and we are fully stocked up again.
Many thanks to all that helped on here , it seems that no one else cares.

Next time she checks up on you tell her that there is a whole online community that sends their condolences and thanks her.
Maybe she could help you by also checking what help is available locally, as, unfortunately, she may need it too.

Had the booklet hand delivered yesterday but no letter with it

They re probably being delivered by local council workers as are the voting cards.Imagine the work and cost involved addressing each one personally to the households.

The letter came with the postman.

We also got ours this morning.

yes got it with the post. Putting more pressure on the poor posties. Nothing in the letter we don't know except maybe those who are still not taking it seriously may see what they should/should not be doing.
I haven't read the leaflet as it is still quarantined out in the garden together with the rest of the post that came.

I've still not received anything!

No letter, no leaflet - zilch!

Got mine this morning followed by a very big box of groceries, which my wife had to divide so that she could get it into the house. I had a word with my local councillor who said it was up to the local council to arrange all deliveries and he got the ball rolling. It only started with me asking him how to get onto the supermarket slots for vunerable people.

Good to see you have help Harswell .we have our Boris letter plus if we need any help from local neighbour. please stay safe <3 All Barbara .we wipe all post with antibacterial wipes parcels as well .food before putting it away .just to be sure x
