Hi Ann, I missed your original post so didn't know you were having issue again. I have been getting the error messages for the last couple of weeks. I have now sent an e-mail to GR to let them know.

Its really bad today and I did contact customer support yesterday but it no better today.

I am having reall trouble getting to my thread. I have to go to GR and then click on the logo and go to general chat and try to post on there but it dos'nt always work. :-| :-| :-|

I have had a response from GR saying pretty much the same thing as in Mel's response. Clear your cache, confirm operating system and which browser you are using. They also asked for a screen shot of the error message. I used the link they provided to find out what version I had for the browser, but it was a different link to the one they gave Mel, so I tried that one as well, and got a different version from each of the websites :-0 :-0

Eleanor has responded again to advise that the 'techies' are investigating, but could I confirm if it was happening when using a different browser. I have just replied to say yes, it is happening with Chrome as well.

I was away for almost 48 hours, but I got on OK yesterday evening (ca 4 am UK time), and again this morning (ca 5 pm UK time). No problem just now either.

Somehow Eleanor's responses are sooooooooooo reminiscent of what GR staff have always said when we have these problems!! :-(


FWIW ...... I use Mozilla Firefox, use a desktop which I've had since 2003 and which still has Windows 7 loaded!
