While at uni the college employed a flock of geese which ate the grass saving on the cost of mowing. The geese bred and laid large white eggs. These could sometimes be obtained from the proctor. One egg made a meal for 4-6 people. The taste is much stronger than hen's eggs. I liked an omelette aux fines herbes made with them. |

Wrong Rollo, I was eating strawberries with my muesli this morning, we are in our strawberry season which finishes as Wimbledon finishes. I'm sure people in the southern hemisphere have strawberries at the moment. |
