Haven't had bacon for a while....now I fancy some!

Mind you the bacon over here isn't the same as British bacon :-D :-D

Strange, but when we first moved to Oz, by law all bacon had to be smoked, as in subject to a smoke treatment, not being put in a pipe or paper :-P

That has now changed and you pay a premium for smoked bacon :-D :-D

I buy my bacon from a butcher .............. it's often better than I've had in the UK in recent years :-D
