GRo Certs Priority Copy. Pointless

I would phone the GRO and tell them it hasn't arrived. They wouldn't have received the order until Monday, but it should have been sent out by Tuesday, first class, and I would have expected you to have it by Wednesday. Tell them if they haven't sent it out yet you do not want to be charged the priority delivery. |

Complete waste of time and money. On Saturday I ordered a cert as a priority for £23 and now it still hasnt arrived. Tomorrow will be Friday and I thought that a Priority cert arrived within 2 or 3 days. I feel I have wasted £23. |
