Member Since: July 2004 Posts: 1 401 Send Message	Complete waste of time and money. On Saturday I ordered a cert as a priority for £23 and now it still hasnt arrived. Tomorrow will be Friday and I thought that a Priority cert arrived within 2 or 3 days. I feel I have wasted £23. I will be even more annoyed if it arrives on the same day as the other cert I sent off for which is a Standard £7 copy. I sent off for both certs the same day. Ben

	I would phone the GRO and tell them it hasn't arrived. They wouldn't have received the order until Monday, but it should have been sent out by Tuesday, first class, and I would have expected you to have it by Wednesday. Tell them if they haven't sent it out yet you do not want to be charged the priority delivery. Kath. x

Member Since: July 2004 Posts: 1 401 Send Message	Hi Maybe I shall email them. I dont like talking to people over the phone because you never know what the secretary on the other end will be like. It is Xmas but I should have got my Priority Cert by now. Unless it has been held up in the post? Ben
