you could try using www.familysearch.org it goes back sometimes to the 1500's.i have found it really useful going back further than the 1800's.good luck. |

It looks to me like he might have fibbed on his second marriage, looking at the trend of ages. Maybe his second bride was younger and he didn't want to admit to being 40. |
