Hi Ness Try keeping to your direct line to start with ie Yourself and family, your parents, grandparents and so on. You can list their siblings and dates of birth etc at the bottom of the entry. Look for the site that has interesting 'happenings'/ events for the year of their birth and a few other significant ones during their lifetimes. If you know what their occupations were describe them eg Framework Knitter. How many kids would know what/how/where they worked, even if you come from a long line of Ag Labourers it can still be of interest describing the horses, type of impliments etc. How they lighted their homes the size of house, the overcrowding etc. Their health care(lack of), outside toilets etc a million things that you may think of to add of a similar social nature. Dont forget to describe their person where you know it - Hight, colour of hair, eyes etc. See what this looks like and you may decide that you wish to expand on some of the siblings who did something special for example one of my great uncles was a sculpter so I have built up a profile of his works and intend to include him in my 'book'. Let your imagination run you will come up with what is important to you. It is a 2 to 5 years project depending on the time you have to give to it.
