Do you mean they are ''keeping you on'' at the same salary yet you are now the assistant?? Surely this is very odd? I would take her behind the bikesheds for a Chinese Burn to find out what her salary package is??? Emotional wellbeing??? I hope you spat in their faces and told them where to go?? Can't you be a professional family history researcher?? (and tell them all their ancestors were murders, jailbirds and other reprobates??) The above sounds as if I am being funny (haha) but I don't mean it to be........I am seriously CROSS. Just wring her out lol. Used to happen a lot to me sometimes you would do a favour and get loads of pms for more or for others. I hadn't the time to do as many as was asked for so i had to give it up :-( Pat x
