Do you have her birth certificate showing Charles as father, as I cant see a suitable Lavinia with that surname. May be he is the second husband? Ah Merry, so not Shoreditch, but Finsbury? Is that extracted records though I ve had a quick look and the Sophia Stratton born 1851 is shown on the 1861 as daughter of a Charles and Mary?

The parishes of St Lukes, Middlesex and all the Shoreditch parishes are virtually the same place geographically!! The parishes were small in area because of the dense population. Merry
