I'm so glad I've resisted the temptation to upload a gedcom! BUT: I find entering on the new tree format can easily go wrong so you end up with two spouses for someone: (Mother) and the actual person. It's not intuative enough. I found the old programme easier. Added to that the new one is like looking through a keyhole and you lose the overalll picture.

D'yer reckon theyve carted her off already - shes very quiet today! Perhaps she is practicing yoga positions.

Thank you SOOOOOO much everyone for your REALLY USEFUL replies (wish there was italics on here!) I have got some red-flock wallpaper from the local Indian Takeaway as I thought this would be strongest to cope with any amendments I might make to the uploaded tree. Am in the middle of uploading it now....It's a bit lumpy (because of the flock), but is looking good so far (only another 2376 names to go........) Merry

No, he just went, though I am on tenterhooks wondering if he will return suddenly to catch me! Actually, I may have 30 mins lay down, feel knackered. Up til gone midnight waiting for youngest one and then up again at 6 - these ag lab hours dont suit me. Gawd knows how GGFx4 lived to 92!
