Poor copy of death cert

It may have been a hospital, my gt gt grandmother died in a hospital & only the address was on the Death Certificate, implying it was private house. The only clue was that the informant was both the occupier and the doctor who certified the death. She also had family. I found out about about it being a hospital by googling the address. Pat |
