My first guess would be Warwickshire, probably Birmingham, here birth year is calculation so it may be a year either way. thank you

She Married Robert Turner, i have found them on later census, it is just a huge brick wall regarding her family. ta

On freebmd i have located Alice born Jun 1857 and she has a middle name Jane.

I dont know what to think because the birth cert says Joseph, what is your opinion ??

Now this is getting even more confusing searched on IGI and the one reg gave me the info for has a father called john but there is another and her father is Joseph, so it looks like it is the other one, so it seems i have located her, it states that her mother is Jane. its 1871 so wont be your Alice but Samuel could be brother or cousin of Joseph Jeanette
