I cannot find a birth registration for my grandfather , his parents, presumably his adoptive parents, had been married for 11 years before he arrived so I suspect he was adopted. He was born circa 1907 so no formal adoption register exists, as I understand it. I have no idea where to go with this and any help would be most appreciated.

have others looked for you? what was his name and where do you think he was born, before you go off down other routes.
