Has this happened to anyone? Ancestry gone mad?

Funnily enough, it sent me a questionnaire as well saying 'How could we improve' so I filled it in to the effect that I was still a customer and had upgraded. Haven't managed to post it yet. I think perhaps it must be a computer thing. I think we forget that they're not humans sometimes.

There was probably a gap between your first sub ending and your new one. However, if it were me, Id ring them up anyway and say why cant I have the discount. (I did ring them when I heard some people were getting the sub for just over £55 per annum and I asked why I couldnt have it for that. After a minute they came back on the phone and said, Yes you can have it. They refunded my £80 sub and then took the £55 one - Have a go, its worth trying)

The other week, I switched from the £10 monthly subscription to the £79 a year one. Originally I hadn't known how long I'd need it so now decided to change it to the yearly one. All sorted, card details fine - came up on my bank statement. This morning I got a thing through the post from Ancestry - one of those 'Sorry you're leaving' etc things, also mentioning the current offer that's on. Could it be that Ancestry has got mixed up somewhere? As far as I can tell, I am still able to access all the services.
