Unusual entry on Death Certilficate?

Yummy, no - he was only 20th months old when he died. Gwynneth again no - there are no alterations or amendments. Nothing has been 'crossed out' or changed in any way. It's exactly as the Registrar originally wrote it. Very odd! Thanks again, M. Steer

Has there been an alteration made in that column? Usually numbers refer to a matched number of an entry in a book logging all alterations made on any certificate. Gwyn

I have a Death Certificate, which in column 3 - 'Sex' states Male and underneath is the number 71. I've not seen this on any other certificate that I have. Anyone have any ideas what it means? Thanks, M. Steer
