Can't open message from a new contact

Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 809 Send Message	The online form won't let me reply as there is no sender, so I can't ask her to resend her message. I only have her first name, do not have her in my tree list and the initial contact email has disappeared too. All my other recent contacts appear to be intact, so I'm baffled. I can only hope that, if it was important, that she contacts me again and doesn't think I've snubbed her. I always take care to reply to all my contacts even if to say there is no connection. Is this problem happening to anyone else? Tracey
