thank you kathleen, l dont think this is him,my great grandfather was Thomas Collicott,born in 1934 in stow on the wold Gloucestershire he married in the Tower of London in 1872,( he was a soldier there) then he worked as a railway porter,but l cant find any record of his death, in 1901 his wife was listed as the head ,so l assumed he had died,but now l dont think so. thanks for your help. His death does not appear on the transcribed records from freebmd, so you will need to register with Ancestry to find his death. You will need to view each image, until you find one which you think is correct.......slow, but free! Reg

There are these two deaths in the London area that might be possibles:- Name: Thomas Caldicott Estimated birth year: abt 1836 Year of Registration: 1912 Quarter of Registration: Jan-Feb-Mar Age at Death: 76 DISTRICT: Islington County: Greater London, London, Middlesex Volume: 1b Page: 200 and Name: Thomas Parker Caldicott Estimated birth year: abt 1831 Year of Registration: 1907 Quarter of Registration: Oct-Nov-Dec Age at Death: 76 DISTRICT: Camberwell (1837-1919) County: London, Surrey Volume: 1d Page: 412 Kath. x

Thank you grannie annie,l think l might go to Manor park myself,l dont live far rrom there,my great grandmother Fanny Elizabeth Collicott is in Square A grave 220 and my grandfather John Mcfee is in square 39 grave no392 l got this from the memorial cards l have,its a shame we dont have them now. at the moment l,m trying to find when my great grandfather Thomas Collicott died. Irene have sent you a pm.I had rellies called Buckley from Bethnal green.My nan came from Bethnal Green and she is buried in Manor Park cemetery. Annie

Irene, You can obviously read the thread okay. Across the top there are some headings: Refresh | Latest Reply First | Message List | Add Reply | Your Replies Just click on Add Reply. Then a box appears which you type in your message and at the bottom of the box is Add Message so click on that. Your message then appears on your thread. Good luck, Maureen

My great grandfather Thomas Collicott is on the 1891 census living in felix street bethnal green working as a railway porter,on the 1901 census my great grandmother Fanny Collicott is listed as the head and still living at the same address,l have assumed that he must have died during those 10 years,but l can find no trace of his death.any advice would be really appreciated, the only other thing,is fanny and most of the family seem to have been buried in Manor park cemetery,l havent been there but l have a few memorial cards.but not one for Thomas.
