Thanks everyone. I've had a good time looking at the sites you suggested I found it by a link on the one Janet recommended. It was Hall of Medals. Thanks so much for your help this afternoon. Chris |

Hi Chris, Was it the National Archives website? They have pictures of medals and what they were awarded for on there? Susan |

Thanks Jennifer. What a good site. I've marked it for future reference. The one I was looking for though was identifying medals awarded at various campaigns etc. Chris |

Some time ago a website was recommended where it was possible to identify military medals. It was a brilliant site with front and back views of each medal and description of the recipients. I can't find it! Does anyone know what it could have been? Thanks Chris |
