Why did I start this? | Report | 24 Jul 2007 17:44 |
Hi Has anyone ever tried to see if they can get a police report/record for an investigation that was carried out 100 years ago? My Great Grandmother committed suicide and a PC Waspe 'investigated' her death. Am I wasting my time seeing if any record was kept? |

You could also look for a newspaper account of the investigation, there should be something in the local paper. It is always worth a try. Jennifer |

You could have a look on http://www.lightage(.)demon(.)co(.)uk/ It's called the Black Sheep Index and is a great source of information. Can't find anything on Waspe though., You may have more luck in finding the Coroner's inquest. |
