Birth certificate cross reference.

I hope someone can help me. I'm trying to find my great grandfathers birth certificate and although I've come up with a few possabilities I'd like to know if there is anywhere I can cross reference them with parents names. I'm sure of his fathers name but not so sure on his mothers name. |

Thanks for that. I have his marriage certificate but aren't sure of where Patrick was born. I was under the understanding from cenus records that he was born in or around Whitechapel though I couldn't find anything for that precise place, I did find others around the area. He was born cira 1870 |
