Ok .........I will try again.

Peter...........on your post where you added your email address..........above that post you will see..........Report..........Edit..........Delete.

Click on Edit.

You can then (individually if you like) delete every letter and number of your email address.

Once you have done that..........click on "Submit" at the bottom..........and then your post will no longer include your email address. :-)

If you can't do it............don't even worry about it!

To add a photo as your avatar.......

It needs to be a photo that you have saved to pictures on your laptop.

Click on "Account" above......

When you click on "Change Photo"........you then click on "Browse"........that will take you to the photos you have saved on your laptop.

You click on the photo you want..........and at the bottom of that page you click on "Open"..........that will take you back to a blue box on GR........and you click on "Upload"

When your photo appears...........click on "Save" at the bottom of the page.

To remove your email address Peter.......

Click on "Edit" above the post that has your email address on it.

Then all you have to do is delete the email address and then click on "Submit"

Your post will still be there but without your email address on it.

I hope I have explained that ok.

Do you want help with adding an avatar ( photo) Peter?

if that is it, click on 'Account' at top of page and you will see:Personal details, half way down is:

Profile Picture
Change Photo | Remove Photo

you can then upload a photo, remember to click on 'save'

Oh jolly good Peter.

If you go into sent message........you can see whether or not a message has been opened.

If a green envelope appears to the left hand side of the message........you will know the message has not been opened.

Open your reply by clicking on it then select edit and take out the email info
