Find Ancestors

Charlotte Wilkins was my 2nd Great Grandmother and as far as I know she was born in the area of the Old Bailey, London. She was married to Thomas Tate Bailey c1840 and they had one daughter and nine sons. I am a descendant of their daughter Lousia Bailey 1859. This is all the information I have on Charlotte, I do not know who her parents were or if she had any siblings. If anyone has any information on this branch of my tree I will be pleased to hear from them.

Hi Brian - Charlotte posted 8 years ago and not since, nor did she acknowledge the answers then.

You could try clicking on her name and send her a Personal message (PM) - if she still has the same email address that she registered with Genes they can let her know there is a message for her. You then have to hope for a reply!

You should remove your own email address, the site is not secure and it's not advisable - members can reply to you straight onto the thread or via a PM as mentioned above.

this is a very old thread, and we do not know if Margaret is still a member. GR also does not notify people of new posts on threads.

As Mark said, you would do better to send her a message through GR's internal system. They will then send her an email to say that a message is waiting. Then you have to hope that she still has the same email address that GR has on file, and / or that she is still active.


But will you please edit your post to remove your email address ........... this is not a safe site, and GR is known to delete posts that contain private email addresses.
