I presume the recorder couldn't pronouce Welsh place names. The details are the interpretation of Ancestry but it could be Denbighshire very badly written!!

Re the 1851 birthplace there is also a place called Rhuddlan in Denbighshire

Thank you K I took the county in Wales as Denblighshire.I have not recheck the township..many towns changed there spellings and sometimes in the census the hand writing can be very difficult to read

Henry's age looks like it should be 19 not 29

I noted that the year of birth you have is 1822 is there any census that is 1827 within two years. I just want to double check to see if this is the right census..Just notice your comment that his age could be 19 which leaves a year of birth as 1832..I am still looking for 1827 with two years

The only other census is 1841 and I am checking, but we have visitors due so may not find them
