And was it her birth cert which gave you the information that she was born in Bow?

So -
I had jumped to the wrong conclusion that Annie Maria who married James Harvey was Thomas's daughter.
Thomas's daughter was born 1851, per another version of the baptism record posted by rootgatherer:
