Register office marriage

Could some one help me with a Register office Marriage When I look on Lancashire BMD I found a marriage that interested me clicking on the Number at the side as if to buy it the next page has that you can buy it but also it stored at Manchester Library does this mean the actual marriage certificate it there to view or is it just the register that I can get on Ancestry |

ONLY C of E marriage certs can be viewd anywhere other than a Records Office, or, as in this case, Manchester Library |

If it is an RC marr, then it's still worth checking out the parish register, as it will differ from the official marr cert. |
