I know his birth was registered in January 1893, but unless you know he was actually born then, he may have been born at the end of 1892, but his birth not registered until January.

I'm wondering about this man:

He was heading for 105 Oldock Road, Kings Norton, Birmingham - only about 13 miles from Bromsgrove.
He was retired, and was intending to stay in the UK for 7 months.

PM from Patricia. It is Thomas HaroldTurner she is trying to trace. So Nathaniel's Turner seems unrelated. Possibly somewhere along the line someone has got the wrong name for his first wife. Patricia has said that it is though that Thomas Harold Turner went to Canada.
