Please could someone be kind enough to see if they can locate Herbert Smith for me in anytime between 1891 & 1911? I do realise the name is an issue!

I've put him in 1881 & 1939 below (1881 edited for simplicity).

It's 100% the same person in 1939, as his occupation of bolt maker/header is recorded in 1921 in the probate record of his father Reuben, tho of course I have no idea if it changed.

Without spending credits, I don't know what the name really is, and can't see a birth anywhere.
