Please could anyone do a quick lookup for me? I just want to find Leonard Cousins Mead born Devon 20 Oct 1906 on the 1911 census. Some talk he may have been in a home -but haven't got access to that?
If not may be in Topsham,Devon?
I don't know names of parents for certain but his dad may also be Leonard apparently.
