So as we thought, he worked on the fields, as occ. 1841, probably 'standing in' for Charles Wright at times perhaps...

(below is Louisa, her Burial from, Ancestry, London Burials, 1850. Jan 21, age 61, Abode, Battersea Fields)

I know they married in 1824 and have ordered a film
from Family search. I believe it goes back to the 15th century
